CREW Monthly Lunch – Retail Development and it’s Future

CREW is excited to bring in one of the city’s biggest retail center developers and landlords, Hagan Properties, to share their insights on the current state of the retail market and how it’s changing, both in our region and across the country. You won’t want to miss it!
Hagan Properties currently owns 3 shopping centers totaling approximately 1,100,000 square feet and has developed and sold an additional 825,000 square feet. These include: Shelbyville Road Plaza, Middletown Station, and TaylorHurst Shopping Center.

For March, CREW Louisville is pairing our monthly luncheon with a focused Pantry Drive supporting Eastern Area Community Ministries (EACM). EACM serves families across our community by providing vital resources that support dignity, stability, and basic daily needs.
This month, we are specifically collecting hygiene essentials and laundry supplies, which are among the most needed items for clients. Please bring any of the following high‑need items to the March lunch to Support (EACM):
Hygiene Items
Soap & body wash
Shampoo & conditioner
Deodorant
Toothpaste & toothbrushes
Feminine hygiene products
Laundry & Cleaning
Laundry detergent (pods, liquid, or powder)
Fabric softener or dryer sheets
Cleaning wipes or multi‑surface cleaners
